Storia dell'Icona Pinterest
Pinterest’s design at its inception used to be somewhat simple if you compare it with its current avatar. It used a special font to appear more friendly to potential customers. Interestingly, the logo’s color was black. However, it showed considerably stylish effects such as #D effect and soft shadows. This logo was effective as it cemented the company’s place in the minds of customers. The font made is easier for people to relate to because it was a commonly used font.
During this period, the company’s logo developed in something more sophisticated, yet being able to connect to the masses. A cherry red color was used to highly the letters. The font itself was more stylish than the previous one, which in fact gave a distinctive face or identity to the company. This logo eschewed all effects like shadows and 3D effects. The company wanted to have a more professional look. However, it still desired to keep its style or trendy look intact.
This is Pinterest’s latest logo. One thing this logo tells you is that by now the company is established well enough to make customers recognize it just by the familiar color and the letter ‘P’.
